The HEC Gala brings together no fewer than 700 business representatives at HEC Alumni for an evening. Networking is the name of the game for guests. TSM Events has created, in collaboration with Folks, the event’s organizing agency, various reception spaces conducive to creating a warm atmosphere. A quick change of set-up mid-meal to create a surprise, the installation of a central stage with a 4-sided screen, sound system and ambient lighting are various services that our team was able to provide.

The NRJ Music Awards are transformed for one evening to become the NRB Music Awards. A concept that is different from the ordinary. An exclusive setting at Liège Airport which is ideal for a staff party once the hanging work has been completed by our teams. In collaboration with Be On Events, we worked on a set up with a stage that overlooks the space accentuated by an LED screen which allows exceptional visual quality. The perfect recipe for a successful reception? An immersive concept, a unique setting on the banks of the Meuse next to the historic monument of the Grand Poste de Liège and a magical atmosphere, all with the TSM Events touch! For the annual Noshaq cocktail, we worked with the Dynamic Events team to immerse the 1,200 guests in an exceptional immersive experience thanks to the creation of a tunnel to awaken their eyes and ears.
